Where do the profiles come from?
Candidates signed up on Role2Match use the platform to structure their job search. Their profiles are scored against your job description when you publish the mission as confidential.
What does it mean to unlock a profile?
You see the score, summary and key signals of every matched profile for free. You only unlock those you want to contact: contact details, full CV, search context.
Are profiles exclusive to me?
No. Candidates remain free to engage with other opportunities. In exchange, your mission is never shown to a candidate without their explicit consent.
When am I billed?
No charge on signup, no charge on mission creation. You are billed only when you unlock a profile, either per unit or via your plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can archive your missions and delete your account at any time from your recruiter workspace, with no fee and no questions asked.
